In the 2017 Japanese Golf Digest Hot List it was the Taylormade Gloire F line of clubs that were a standout among the more popular American models. These clubs are lighter and easier to hit the M line of drivers from Taylormade but are a Japan-only release. Fairway Golf is one of the only companies able to import these clubs into the U.S.
Driver: Considered to be for the “better player” compared to the older Gloire models, the Gloire F used a new fast forged face and Taylormade’s new speed pocket design to boost ball speeds over the Gloire G. Low center of gravity for high launch and lower spin. This club offers a few premium shafts as options such as the Graphite Design TP-5 and the Fujikura Speeder 569 Evolution III.
Hybrids: The new Gloire F Hybrid features a stainless steel C300 face and 450SS body material. A newly designed speed pocket exclusive to the Gloire F aids in producing more distance and forgivenss over the club face. This hybrid is not adjustable but comes in 4 lofts 19*/22*/25*/28* and is available with the N.S. Pro 930GH Steel or GL6600 Graphite Shaft.
Irons: Gloire F irons are designed to appeal to the mid-handicap player looking for a forged ultra forgiving long distance cavity back design. The Gloire F iron is designed as a 2-piece structure using a body that is forged stainless 4140 chromoly steel from #4 thru PW then AW- SW soft carbon forged S25C steel. The irons come in N.S. Pro 930GH steel or Taylormade GL6600 graphite irons.
