The National Club may court controversy for its private men only status, but it also receives attention because it is such a wonderful golf
course. George Fazio was given a brief create a tough course and he certainly achieved this. The fairways are narrow and with plenty of fairway traps in play, it is often cited as being too difficult. The greens here are superb and a stand out features of this amazing course.
