  • This is the most anticipated iron coming out, THE MIZUNO MP-18. The MP-118 is already available in Japan, and the MP-18 is set to be released in early September. I had the opportunity to hit a demo of the MP-18 and it did not disappoint. It is a more compact blade than other blades out there. The MP-18 was designed to be a more traditional shaped head, rather than what other manufacturers making now.   • Many of our customers are asking if our website has a typo on the Mizuno page… what you’re seeing is correct. The Mizuno MP-118 and the Mizuno MP-18 are two different models. The MP-118 are the Japanese version of the MP-18. They look very similar from first glance, but the difference is a layer below the surface. The Mizuno MP-118 features a copper layer below the face.
